Pierre R. McDuff, LL.L



Graduated in Law from Montreal University, M. Pierre McDuff founded the manufacturing company that became Cobra Anchors today. Mr. McDuff is working in the anchor field for more than 30 years. He possesses an excellent understanding of the industrial and DIY market. Mr. McDuff is Cobra’s strength in R & D and international development.

André Jauron, c.a., c.m.a.



Mr. Jauron joined Cobra in 2000 and counts over 22 years of experience mainly in manufacturing and distribution industries. He graduated as Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant from Quebec University (UQTR). His professional background in corporate finance, cost accounting and information system makes him instrumental in the strategic planning.

Richard Labelle, c.m.a.



Mr. Labelle has been working for Cobra since the very beginning in 1975. Through the years, being graduated as Certified Management Accountant from H.E.C. of Montreal University, he held the positions of Controller and Vice-President, Finance. Since 1995, Mr. Labelle holds the position of Vice-President, Operations in charge of both Canadian and American manufacturing plants.

William Crossley



Mr. Crossley is directing sales and marketing efforts to retail, industrial and wholesale channels of distribution for Cobra since 1995. He benefits of a strong experience in merchandising, product/pack innovations and program development. Bill held for over 8 years the position of North American Sales Manager with Star Expansion Shields Co. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a BA degree in Business Administration

Alexandre A. Pollak



Mr. Pollak joined Cobra Anchors in 2004 as Director of Engeneering and Quality Assurance covering all aspects of product design, development and intellectual property. European born, Alexandre graduated from the Military Technical College in Belgium. He then started his career as a Tool Designer and Tooling Engineer. Alexandre also held position as Vice-President, Engineering with an internationally known die-casting machine manufacturer.

Robert Posch



Mr. Posch has over 30 years of manufacturing experience including Production Management, Purchasing, Quality Control, Machine/Tool Design, Manufacturing Engineering and Logistics. He participated in Cobra Anchors - Temple facility start-up in 1992. Currently coordinate the activities of all employees in production.
