All warranties of COBRA ANCHORS products and authorized repair thereof, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purposes, are specifically excluded except the following:

COBRA ANCHORS will replace any COBRA products which, within six months after sale by COBRA or it's retailer, is found by COBRA ANCHORS to be defective in material or workmanship, normal wear and tear excepted.

This is the sole warranty of COBRA and the only solution available to retailer or buyer. COBRA ANCHORS shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, any COBRA product.

Our ''Product Selector Tool'' included in our web site is aimed to be a guide of selection to help you in general, to orientate your choice. Cobra Anchor will never be responsible for any of your selection in this guide.

No user is required to provide information in order to visit Cobra Anchors' Web site. In addition, a user must register to enter contests and other promotions. During registration for these types of services, a user may be asked to provide certain categories of information, such as name, address, email address and date of birth.
